LITTLE Dorothy Lynn (nee Huffman) With her family at her bed side, Dorothy lost her courageous battle with Heart Disease, on August 14, 2007, at the age of 68 years. Beloved wife of 47 years to Kenneth Murray Little. Loving mother of Kenn (Windsor); and Don and wife Leslie, of Harrow. Adoring and loving grandmother of Victoria, Kaitlin and Mackenzie. Special friend of Mike Wilcox, and Sister Ann MacDonald. Her dog Benji, has been a faithful companion for 16 years, and will miss Dorothy. Dear sister of Jerry and Dolores Huffman; niece of Patricia Kaye; and sister-in-law of Irene and Don Grosse. Pre-Deceased by her parents, Virginia (Lowe), 1994, and Wilford (1978), her brothers Marvin, (1992), and John, (2001). Dorothy had many special nieces, nephews and cousins, who were significant in her life for many years. Mrs. Little began her 50 year career in banking with C.I.B.C., (7 years) and the following 43 years with Michigan National Bank in Detroit, until her retirement. Dorothy enjoyed a career that enabled her to work with the public. Dorothy and Ken had a passion for travelling, dining out, visiting a casino, and the precious time spent together with family and friends. The family would like to acknowledge the efforts of her homecare providers from C.C.A.C, and St. Elizabeth Nursing. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd., East on Wednesday August 15, 2007 from 2-4 & 6-9 pm. Funeral Service Thursday August 16, 2007 at 11:00 am in the Windsor Chapel. Pastor Edward Mawhorter officiating. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
