ROOT, Marie (Allie) (nee Gauthier) 85 years. It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of a loving mother and grandmother, on September 11, 2007, with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Milton (1984). Loving and devoted mother to Juanita Bender and her husband Martin (Sonny). Cherished grandma to Mike and Mark, Kim and husband Barry Ring, Sean and wife Carol Bender, Cheryl and husband Bill Heggie, great-grandmother to Adam, Cyndi, David, Eric and Morgan Ring, Jacob and Sean Bender, Dustin and Dalton Heggie. Dear sister to Louise Vincent. Predeceased by sisters Roseanne, Alice, Anne, and brothers Art and Louis. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services Thursday, September 13, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel.
