Raymond Francis BERNARDO

BERNARDO, Raymond Francis Died peacefully at Saanich Peninsula Hospital on Tuesday September 4, 2007 age 82. Ray was born on May 6, 1925 in London Ontario. He spent most of his life in the Toronto area before retiring to Victoria, then Sidney in 1988. Ray is survived by his loving wife Pauline (Paula), sister Shirley and brother Ken (Ontario), daughters Armida (Alberta) and Linda (Ontario), son Michael (Ontario) and stepdaughters Karyn and Denise (Ontario). Ray was predeceased by son Terry, daughter Donna and stepson Tom. He is fondly remembered by many grandchildren and greatgrandchildren across the country. Ray was an active member of the Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree, in Ontario and BC since 1954. A memorial service was held at St. Elizabeth's RC Church in Sidney on Friday September 7, 2007. The family wishes to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.
