BOOTH, Sharron January 12, 1943 August 20, 2007 Passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. Sharron will be greatly missed by daughter Michelle (Greg), son Darren (Nicole) and grandchildren Errin, Bethany and Brenden. The family would like to thank Dr. McMurtrie, Dr. Alexander, Dr. J. Forster, and the CRD home care nurses for their efforts, support and kindness. Also a special thanks to friends Susan, Dean, Cathy, Lisa and Julia for their care and compassion. Her strength, determination and will to fight this disease amazed us all. Sharron was a long time employee of BC Ferries in Sidney and Campbell River. She loved children and was affectionately called Mrs B by many kids at Greenglade and Sidney Elementary Schools. Sharron enjoyed traveling, her pet dog Holly Berry and loved her scratches. At Sharron's request there will be no service. A gathering for family and friends will be held at a later date.
