RAMSAY, William Arthur “Bill“ - (1917 - 2007)Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Civic Hospital on August 22, 2007, In his 91st year. Loving husband of Lorna (nee Dean). Dear father of Jim and Heather. Much loved “poppa” of Kale and Kendra Thompson; Blake, Jenna, and Grant Ramsay. Bill was an Airforce Veteran of W.W.II and 62 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #129 Haliburton. He retired from Air Canada after many years as a mechanic. He was a great athlete in his youth and excelled in Baseball, Hockey and Lacrosse. At Bill's request there will be no visitation or funeral. Cremation has taken place.
