TORCHIA, Antonio 19172007 - The family announces with great sorrow his passing at Timmins and District Hospital on Monday August 20, 2007 at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by his wife Yolanda Torchia (nee Cerenzia) in 1979. Also predeceased by his brother Louis in 1980. Survived by his loving wife Betty Austin. Dear father of Rose-Marie (Tony Martin Jr.) of Sudbury. Dear grandfather of 4 grandchildren: Tony III (Ericka), Leslie (Samuel), Stacey (Craig) and Tiffany. Also survived by 8 great-grandchildren: Ethan, Addie, Devin, Austin, Cassidy, Josiah, Mikayla and Sophia. Sadly missed by his sisters Antoinetta, Maria, Concetta, Anita, and also dearly missed by his brother John, and loved by numerous nieces and nephews. Remembrance donations made to the Sacred Heart Church-Elevator Fund or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday August 23, 2007 from the MIRON- WILSON FUNERAL HOME Chapel.
