BARTON, H. Jean (nee Carbery) - Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Lakefield, on Friday September 21, 2007, aged 81 years. Loving wife of the late Marshall Barton (2000). Sadly missed by her step-children Don Barton (Anthony Mallory) of Buckhorn and Blanch Ruys (Henry) of Walkerton. Also missed by her step-grandchildren Donna Worsley (Scott) of Toronto, Janet France (Chris) of the Walkerton area and her step great grandchildren Nick, Anthony and Alexandra. Survived by her sister-in-law Bertha Gellow (Bud) of Burlington. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Monday September 24, 2007 from 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Hendren Chapel on Tuesday September 25, 2007 at 10:30 AM with interment at Little Lake Cemetery, Peterborough. A reception will follow in the Hendren Funeral Home Reception Centre. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Alzheimer's Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association as expressions of sympathy.
