CLARKE, Lily Rose (Miller) - Quickly yet peacefully after a brief battle with cancer on Thursday, September 27th, 2007 at Palliative Care, Bluewater Health, Lily Rose (Miller) Clarke age 62 of Sarnia. Beloved mother of Julie Clarke and James (Susan) Clarke and loving grandmother of Eric and Katharine. Dear sister of Joan (Neil) Biggs, Betty (Roy) Davis and Carol (Gil) Jean and very special long time friend of Wayne Huether. Lily is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a vast amount of family members in London, England. Lily is predeceased by her parents Ernie 'Sarge' Miller and Lily Frances Miller. Lily loved the outdoors, gardening, cooking and simply being a grandmother. She also travelled extensively, having been to every province in Canada as well as the Northern Territories where she took great pride and joy in working along side geologists in mining camps as medic and first cook. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service for Lily will be held at a later date.
