LAVOIE, Alice Marie (Houle) - 88, Port Hawkesbury, died Tuesday, August 28, 2007 in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Alice was born in Moose Creek, Ontario. Alice is the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by daughter Colette Wakley, Florida; son Wayne (Bernice Burton) Tremblay, Port Hawkesbury, N.S.; grandchildren Daniel, Pierre, Dean, Yvan; great grandchildren Marie-Eve, Jonathan, Samuel, Julien, Marie- Pierre, Emilie; great great grandchild Alex. She was predeceased by her parents Pierre Houle and Clara Seguin, grand daughter Caroline, brothers Albert, Filorome, Gerard, Emile, Oscar, Maurice, sisters Aurore, Irene, and Jeanne. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Friday at 11:30 am with Father Hughie D. MacDonald officiating.
