François TURCOTTE

François (Ti-Bé) Turcotte of Kapuskasing, died at Sensenbrenner Hospital on June 14, 2007. Mr. Turcotte was born on Nov. 21, 1926 in St-Agnes, Quebec. He worked as a truck driver. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed playing golf and crib. He is survived by one brother Jean-Paul of Clermont; sisters: Georgette Turcotte (Roland Girard), all of Notre-Dame- des-Monts, Thérèse (Joseph) Tremblay and Fernande Turcotte (Martial Castonguay), all of Montreal, Pierrette Turcotte (Felix Bergeron) of Beauport, Eliette ‘Lili’ (Donald) McLellan of Petawawa, Etienne Turcotte (André Lepage) and Hélène Turcotte, all of Clermont. Mr. Turcotte was predeceased by three brothers: Marcel, Lionel and Roland and one sister: Lucienne Turcotte. Father Jean Morin will lead the funeral service June 22 at 11 a.m. at Nativité de Marie. Cremation was held at the Hillcrest Crematorium. Donations may be made to the Northern Corridor Children’s Fund. Funeral director was Guenette Funeral Home.
