Wendy Lynn Van Elswyk (nee Bradshaw) died peacefully at her residence in Temagami on July 4, 2007 at the age of 58. She is survived by her beloved husband Chris Van Elswyk; children Sherri Lynne Cyr (Tony) of Powassan and Terry (Sue) of Ajax; grandchild Courtney; siblings Rick, Janis and Kevin. She was predeceased by her parents June and Jim Bradshaw and brother Christopher. As per Mrs. Van Elswyk’s request, there was a memorial service held on July 7 at St. Elizabeth Church in Temagami. The funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hillside Funeral Services in North Bay. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation in memory of Mrs. Van Elswyk will be greatly appreciated by the family.
