JOHNSTON, Peter Walton - With his family by his side, passed away on Tuesday, September 25th, 2007 at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie. Pete Johnston in his 67th year, beloved husband of Eleanor Johnston. Son of the late Walton and Evelyn Johnston. Loving father of Christina (Claude Guindon) and Cheri Lyn Johnston. Special grandfather of Tysen. Dear brother of Bill (Linda), Anne (Al) Moore, Ruth Douglas, Jean (Don) Bidwell, Jim (Carol Birchmore-Timney), Tom (Sandy), and Laurie Johnston (Danny Richard). Special brother-in-law to Joanne Johnston, Peter and Darlene Magill. Pete will also be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the ADAMS FUNERAL HOME and CREMATION SERVICES, 445 St. Vincent Street (just north of Cundles Road) Barrie on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel on Friday, September 28th, 2007 at 1 o'clock p.m. Interment Dalston United Church Cemetery.
