HARVEY, Alfred G. 1922 - 2007. It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the death of our dear husband, father and grandfather. He died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on September 16, 2007. Cherished husband of fifty-four years to Joyce. Beloved father and father-in-law of Gayle (deceased), Susan (Jim Hogle), Ross and Jo-Anne (Allen Van der Wee). Loved and adored by his grandchildren Mandy, Christopher, Jeffrey, Alison and Jennifer. He will be sadly and deeply missed by his family and many friends. Special thanks to the staff in the emergency room, on 7NW, in the ICU and to all of the doctors involved with his care at the Jewish General Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Resting at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home at 5610 Sherbrooke St. West. Visitation on Wednesday September 19 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Thursday September 20 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel at the above address. Burial immediately following at Mount Royal Cemetery.
