COWAN, Frances (nee Munro) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Queensway Carleton Hospital on September 17 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of Murray for 63 years. Loving mother of Terry (Raymonde), Jim (Carol Lee), Gwen (Randy), Kevin (Debbie) and Connie Hebbert (Phillip). Proud grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Irma Armstrong and sister-in-law of Shirley Dunn and Eldon Cowan. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Predeceased by her brothers Johnny Munro & Charlie Munro, and sisters Myrtle Holtz & Irene Pierce. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 21 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church (971 Woodroffe Ave.) Cremation. Memorial donations to St. Paul's Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family.
