MAINS, Heather Formerly of Ottawa. Died tragically in a kayak accident September 1st. Wife of John DiCostanza. Mother of Curtis and Mia. Daughter of Henry Mains (late Helena Arbuckle). Sister of Cathy, David of Ottawa, Carol of Toronto, and Jeffrey of Montreal. Memorial service Saturday Sept 22nd at Metropolitan Community Church, 115 Simpson Avenue, Toronto at 11 a.m. Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 9/19/2007
