COLLINS, John Alton. 1917-2007 Passed away peacefully at Centre hospitalier de Lachine on Sunday, September 16, 2007 with Edna, his wife and soul-mate for sixty-two years at his side. Sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff on the 5th floor of the centre for their wonderful care and support and to special friends - Janet and Ian McCrae, the Robinson family and Charles Elliot. Donation in John's memory to Centre hospitalier de Lachine or to WIAIH will be gratefully appreciated.
