Bella SZOLOVITS

SCHONFELD, Bella (nee Szolovits). 1907-2007. Beloved wife of late Adolf (Avraham) Schonfeld. With great sadness we announce her passing away on September 19, 2007 at Maimonides Geriatric Centre, surrounded by her loving family. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Vera Koppel (late Rudolf), her son Chaim Schonfeld (Chava) and her daughter Eva Suranyi (George). A fourth child she had, George Schonfeld, passed away a year ago in Ottawa. Bella has nine grandchildren and their spouses and 19 great grandchildren. The service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 12:00 noon, at the 935 Beaumont Av. Funeral Home, Chesed Shel Emes, in Montreal. Following with cemetery service at St. Sofie. The Shiva is at daughters Vera Koppels house on 6785 (Apt. 307) Korczak Crescent, Cote St. Luc. The Shiva will end at Yom Kippur. We will never forget her. The devotion in taking care of our mother by caretakers and nurses in Maimonides is greatly appreciated, especially Maria Bakos, who took care of her in the last three years.
