PAYNE, Doris Louise (nee Moodie) After 96 years of a full, rewarding life, Doris passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 20, 2007. Predeceased by her loving husband Fletcher, she will be sadly missed by her sister and best friend, Frances Stephenson (the late Ralph). Much loved mother of Frances Clark and John Payne (Ann), special Grandma Dor to Michael (Sinda), Nicholas, John (Valerie), Craig (Anneke) and Jennifer. She is also survived by four wonderful great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.) on Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. until time of service. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m., followed by a reception. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the capable, caring staff on the third floor of the Glebe Centre.
