DUPONT, Pearl Alice May (nee Pike). 1921-2007. Pearl passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at her residence in Montreal, after a valiant daily battle with Parkinsons for over a dozen years. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Father Dowd Home's caring and cheerful staff, who made her most recent years bearable. Daughter of the late Fred and Melvina Pike, Pearl is the last of their nine children to pass on. Cherished wife of the late Laurier J. Dupont, she is survived by her son, William; her daughter, Ellen (and son-in-law Leon); and her sister-in-law Norma. Pearl leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her sweet personality, and compassionate friendship. Viewing will be Friday, September 28 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, September 29 from 10 to 11 a.m. On Saturday, September 29, funeral services will commence at 11:00 a.m. and reception will follow. All events will be held at Montreal Memorial Park, Urgel Bourgie, 3955 Cote-de-Liesse, corner of St-Croix, St-Laurent (514-735-2025). Please sign the guest book at www.urgelbourgie.com .
