DOUGLAS, Jack R. Sept. 11, 1940 - Sept. 21, 2007 Jack passed away in Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Friday afternoon, Jack Douglas of Fitzroy Harbour Ontario in his 68th year. Beloved husband of Phyllis Cavanagh. Dear father of Chris (Natalie) Douglas of White Lake. Very special grandfather of Jordyn and Ethan. Dear brother of Lorna (late Olin) Kelly and Margaret (late Bob) Stuckey both of Fitzroy Harbour; predeceased by his brother Ollie and sisters Heather, Erin and Eileen. Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home Ltd. Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior where friends may pay their respects on Sunday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted in St. Andrew's United Church, Fitzroy Harbour on Monday, September 24, 2007 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Heather Moore officiating. Interment Whyte's Cemetery. In memoriams to ADMH "Partners in Caring" of St. Andrew's United Church would be appreciated by his family.
