HALL, Crawford Carroll To quote the title of Crawford's recently published autobiography, "I rest my case." In Renfrew Victoria Hospital on September 22, 2007, in his 95th year, loving husband of Doris Humphries and of the late Doris Simpson. Survived by family C.C. (Buddy) Hall Jr. (Sheena) of Texas, Becky Jill (Rev. Dr. Richard Hollingsworth) of Braeside, Ont., and Jim (Sharon) of Oklahoma, Beverley Humphries of Renfrew, Larry (Kim) Humphries of Etobicoke. Grandchildren are Ginny (Nathan), Cliff, Laura (John), Kate (Terry), Scot, Rusty (Stephanie), Joel (Lydia), Neal (Rhalena). Great-grandchildren are Jonah, Gabriel and Andrew. Crawford, born in Dalton, Georgia, worked from cotton fields to heavy crane construction in southern U.S.A. He retired at age seventy-five but never lost interest in construction technique. He was the sixth of twelve children of John Hall and Margaret Morgan. Survived by siblings Fay Cannon, Tom and Albert Hall. Friends may call for memorial visiting at the McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, 85 Munro Ave. at Lorne, Renfrew, on Wednesday, September 26 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Memorial Service at Castleford United Church on Thursday, September 27 at 2 p.m. Burial of cremated remains at Bluebonnet Cemetery in Colleyville, Texas.
