ROMARD, Victor Dec. 15, 1922 - Sept. 22, 2007 Suddenly and peacefully at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of Patricia Rose Kelly. Loving father of Charles Gilbert, Francis Joseph (deceased) and Jane Cecelia. Father-in-law of Louis Renaud. Much loved grandfather of Sonia and Adam. He was a lovable person, kind and helpful to anyone in any way.
