SOOS, Frans. 1948-2007. Died September 21 with his loving family at his side after a valiant battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Gail Finlayson, father of Corinna, brother of Ilona, Germain, Ilia and uncle to David, Simon, Stephanie, Sarah, Natasha and Tatiana. Predeceased by his parents Tibor Soos and Ilona Fazekas. In commemoration his family asks that donations be made to the Intensive Care Unit at the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation whose staff was exemplary. A private service will be held at a later date. Of generous heart and spirit, you will be sorely missed. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 9/29/2007
