HYNES, Gerald “Jerry“ Roger - In Loving memory of Gerald “Jerry“ Hynes who passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at his home after a stay in the hospital. Jerry was the son of the late Frederick and Beatrice Hynes. Beloved long-time companion to Doris Giffin. Loving father to Kevin (Julie) and daughter Tammy. Grampa to Ashley, Megan, Brent, Codi, and Kylie. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and friends from Wright Crescent. Also loved by Doris's extended family from Edmonton. The Hynes family would like to thank Jerry's caregivers, Loreen (Jerry's sister-in-law), and good friends, Janet, Betty, Sylvia, Nancy B, and Nancy W., and his buddies Wayne, Rusty. As an avid hockey player, bowler, and pool player, Jerry shared his love of sports with family and many friends. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation or funeral. He will be cremated and interred at a later date. In memory of Jerry, donations to the Boys & Girls Club of Kingston, 559 Bagot St., Kingston, K7K 3E1, would be appreciated.
