COWDY, Claude - Peacefully at Pine Meadow Nursing Home, Northbrook on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 in his 87th year, beloved husband of Verna Cowdy (Scott). Dear father of Barbara Cowdy, Brenda Martin (Don), Brent (Sandra), Boyd (Brenda), Scott (Angela). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Dawn (Rob), Jennifer (Matthew), Justin, Troy, Trever, Bobbi-Jo, Brittany, Kelsea and Logan. Great grandfather of Sarah, Zachary and Bayley. Will be sadly missed by his extended Mahoney family, Pat, Geraldine, Nancy, Kelly and Catherine. Survived by sister Dora Goodberry. Predeceased by brothers Norris and Clifford. Will be dearly missed by countless nieces and nephews. At Claude's request cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at GOODFELLOW'S FUNERAL HOME, Parham on Friday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Memorial service will be held in the Funeral Home on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at 11 a.m. Interment of ashes in Mountain Grove Cemetery.
