REWEGA, Mae (Teahen) - In loving memory of Mae (Teahen) Rewega, 77 years, who passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, Friday, October 12th, 2007 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Peter Rewega predeceased 1997. Loving mother of Harry (wife Robin) of Nova Scotia, Glen of Sudbury, Danny (wife Sandy) of B.C., Rita (husband Mike Venedam) of Hanmer and Jerry (wife Nancy) of Garson. Cherished Baba of Jason, Jas, Christina, Peter, Leslie, Ashley, Tiffany, Ryan, Danny Jr., Rebecca, Amanda, Nadine, Amanda, Dallas, Lisa, Mikey, Krystal, Kayla and several great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Randolph and Irene Teahen both predeceased. Dear sister of Nora (husband Douglas Davison), predeceased by Susan (husband Roger Vigneault of Sudbury), Ronald (wife Pauline of Sudbury), Francis “Red“ (wife Madeleine of London) and Donald (wife Lucy of Garson). Born in Creighton, she married Peter in 1948. Mae was grateful and happy with the precious time she spent with family. She always had a flare for life, loved lots of colour in her clothing and was well known for her amazing collection of dangling earrings. The simple pleasures of sitting in her rocker, reading books or helping family follow her delicious recipes will remind us of the love she shared. Funeral service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Wednesday, October 17th 2007 at 10 a.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. Donations to Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
