COOK, Trevor - formerly of Brantford, more recently St. Williams, passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Saturday, September 29th, 2007 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband and best friend of 48+ years to Kathleen Cook (nee Barley) of St. Williams. Loving father and grandfather of Karen Bone and her husband Michael of Toronto, their daughter Morgainne; Chris Cook and his wife Kim of Brantford, their children Christopher, Troi “Mandy”, Connor & Bailey; Ian Cook and his companion Laurie Miller of Langton, his daughter Katelyn. Sadly missed by his sister Kathleen Lazenby (Dave) and Sylvia Barwick (Keith), all of England. Predeceased by his brothers Raymond and Dennis Cook. Trevor owned and operated T. Cook Plumbing & Cook's Fish & Chips in Brantford for many years. Friends are invited to share their memories of Trevor with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe on Monday, October 1st, 2007 from 7-9 p.m. and again on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Tom Sero officiating. A private family interment of ashes will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations payable to the Backus Conservation Heritage Village Trust Fund would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
