ROWLANDS, Barbara Mary - At Copper Terrace Long Term Care Facility, Chatham, on Sunday, September 30, 2007, Barbara Mary Rowlands, age 84, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late James Rowlands (1988). Born in Chatham in 1922, she was daughter of the late Teresa Hickey and Harold O'Brien. She will be sadly missed by: her children, Susan Rowlands-Hancock of London, and “Dave“ David and wife Molly and Paul and wife Debbie all of Chatham, 7 grandchildren, Lee, Anne, Lauren Rowlands, Mark, Patrick and Paul Hancock (wife Jennifer) and Erin Rowlands and a great-granddaughter Sophia. She is predeceased by a son John (2007), brothers Harold and Donald O'Brien and a daughter-in-law Sharon Rowlands. Friends and relatives may call at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham from 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m. Wednesday, where Parish Prayers will be offered at 7 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 11:00 am in St. Ursula's Church.
