Aubé Duplessis 1933 - 2007 Aubé Duplessis, age 74, of Bouctouche passed away after a lengthy illness at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Tuesday October 2nd, 2007. He was married to Bernice (Née Collette) Duplessis. Born on February 24th, 1933 in Baie Sainte-Anne, he was the son of the late George and the late Isabelle (Née Martin) Duplessis. Aubé was a talented musician, and could play several instruments. Survived by his wife, Bernice; five sisters, Georgina Lirette (Albert), Rose-Anne Poirier, Grace Tardif (Pierre), all of Moncton, Isabelle Allain (Jean) of Bouctouche Bay, Margie Freeborn (Mike) of Hamilton, ON; seven brothers, Telesphore (Jeannine) of Black River Bridge, Elias (Délima), Jack (Zita) both of Bouctouche, Roger (Léola) of Moncton, Jerry, Marc both of Baie Sainte-Anne, Edmond (Joanne) of Sainte-Anne de Kent; and several nephews and nieces. Aubé was predeceased by two brothers, Arthur and Mélas. Visitation will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche from Wednesday October 3rd, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, and Thursday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Thursday October 4th, 2007 at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.Donations can be made to the Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital Foundation.
