CONRAD, ANNABEL MINA - Annabel Mina Conrad, 85, of Bayport, died on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at the Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg. Born in Fawcett Hill, NB, she was the daughter of the Rev. W. Pierce and Jessie (Lutes) Stiles. In her earlier years, Annabel, graduated from the Jacksonville High School and the Carleton County Vocational School and went on to work in Moncton at the Charles E. Harmer Wholesalers. After moving to Lunenburg, she worked as receptionist for Dr. Reg Saunders. She was a member of Central United Church, Lunenburg and a member of the Margaret R. Unit of the UCW. Annabel was an avid bridge player who spent many hours playing bridge with friends. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her. Annabel is survived by her husband, Paul; sons, Blair (Jocelyn) Keirstead of Woodstock, NB and Bill (Wendy) Keirstead, Timberlea; brothers, Ken (Marion) Stiles of Wolfville, Don (Marge) Stiles of Sussex; four grandchildren, Megan, John, Jenette and Janis; and great grandchildren, Levi and Alec; and longtime friend, Vera Hoyt of Fredericton, NB. She was predeceased by her first husband, Douglas Keirstead and a brother, Blair. Funeral service was held Friday, October 12, 2007 at Central United Church, Lunenburg. Interment was in Hillcrest Cemetery, Lunenburg. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Central United Church UCW or to the Alzheimer's Society. www.sweenyfuneralhome.ca October 13, 2007
