BURKE, Iva - Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Jack Burke. Dear mother of John (Marj), Jim, Sylvia (Tom) and predeceased by her son Bernard and his wife Wendy. Loving grandmother of Michelle, Melissa, Jason, Shelly, Laura, Stephen and Ryan; great-grandchildren Taylor, Morgan, Ayden, Skylar and Livia. Survived by her sister Myrtle 'Skipper' Kennedy and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers and sister Clifford McLaughlin, Mildred Milligan and Lawrence McLaughlin. Friends will be received at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, Cataraqui Chapel (1900 John Counter Blvd. at Highway 2) on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial to be held in Blessed Sacrament Church (3 Briscoe Street, Amherstview, Ontario) on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 11 am. Rite of Committal St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
