GILL, John Leslie - Suddenly on Sunday, October 21, 2007 John Leslie Gill, age 59 of Sarnia. Beloved husband of Pam (Holden) Gill. Loving Dad to Mike (Kristie) Gill of North Carolina, Mathew (Melissa) Gill of Sarnia and Kathy Herties of Ottawa. Adoring Grandpa to Dustin, Taryn, Trenton, Michael, Emma, Nolan, Danica and Keller. Much loved son of Lyn Gill and the late Norman Gill. Dear sister to Norma (Keith) VanVliet; loved uncle of Ashleigh and Alexandra VanVliet. John retired from Imperial Oil, was a member of the Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Group, the Vintage Road Race Association, BMW MOA and the Sarnia Underwater Club. Family and friends will be received at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia on Thursday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Cremation has taken place. John died doing what he loved.
