Doris Aileen SNIDER

LORIMER, Doris Aileen - Passed away at Cedarwood Village, Simcoe on Monday, October 8, 2007. Mrs. Doris Lorimer of Simcoe in her 78th year. Daughter of the late Harold and Gladys Snider and much beloved wife of the late Howard Lorimer (1990). She is survived by her loving children; David and his wife Pam, Larry and his wife Edna and Diane Sovreign and her husband Dennis, all of Simcoe, cherished grandmother of Tracy Lorimer, Aaron Lorimer (Kim Jensen), Natalie Lorimer, Andrea Lorimer, Steven Lorimer and Kevin Lorimer and great-grandson Andrew. Also surviving is her sister; Margaret Fess and her husband Bruce and sister-in-law; Ruth Mills all of Simcoe and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lorimer was a 35 year member of the U.C.W. at Mount Zion United Church, a member of the Norfolk Quilters Guild and at one time taught at the Simcoe School of Business. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Thursday, October 11, 2007 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. at THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe where the funeral will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. Reverend Garry Fess officiating followed by interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
