STEWART, Duncan Louis - (1912 – 2007). A long time resident of Sturgeon Falls, Duncan Stewart passed away at Algonquin Nursing Home, Mattawa, on Sunday, October 14, 2007 in his 96th year. Son of the late Duncan Sr. and of the late Marie (née Ranger) Stewart. Beloved husband of 67 years to Isabel (née Small) of Mattawa. Cherished father of Marjorie (Danny), Norine (Jerry) and Bradley (Peggy). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his beloved grandchildren, Beth, Stephen, Heather, Shanon, Mathew and by his great-grandchildren, Nicole, Ellyson, Gillian, Geoffrey and Cloe. Survived by his sister, Doris Jessup. Predeceased by his brothers, Alfred, William, Dave, Lester, George, and by his sisters Ruby, Edna and Annie. The family will receive friends at THEORET-BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, Sturgeon Falls, today, Tuesday, October 16, 2007 from 1 to 3 p.m. for a gathering of remembrance, to share stories, memories and to renew acquaintances.
