GRAHAM, Adrianna Margaret Marie - passed away peacefully at The Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie in her first year, on Sunday, October 7, 2007. Cherished daughter of Jason Graham and Michelle Haworth. Loved sister of Jessica. Dear Granddaughter of Kathy Graham, Bruce West, Susanne Davis and Murray Snider. Adrianna will be sadly missed by her many Aunts, Uncles, relatives and friends.
