Louisa Kilby MACDONALD

HOLTZ, Louisa Kilby (nee Macdonald) Peacefully, at St. Patrick's Home on Friday, September 28, 2007 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her husband Gordon B. Holtz (1970) and by her siblings Dorothy, Albert, Douglas (Doreen) and baby Kenneth. Devoted and cherished mother of Lynndal Conway (Brian), Bryce of Qualicum Beach, BC; Allen (Judith); James (Marianne) of Victoria, BC; and Dorothy of Vancouver, BC. Proud and loving grandmother of Jennifer MacMurdo (Jason); Alexander and Marchael Holtz; Mark, Kyle (Shawna) and Brent Armitage of Vancouver, BC. Loving great gramma to Scott and Heather MacMurdo, and Hayden Armitage. Louisa, a long time resident of Manor Park, devoted many years to running her ballet school, prior to her career as secretary to the RCMP Band and Musical Ride. Louisa will be missed by her family and many friends who loved and supported her over the years. Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation parkway) on Wednesday from 7-9 pm, Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, 400 St. Laurent Boulevard on Friday at 11 am.
