SIMKEVITZ, Joseph Meyer. Passed away peacefully on October 2, 2007 at Sunnybrook Veterans' Residence, Toronto. Dear husband of Eleonore (Nora). Loving father and father-in-law to Franklin and Elaine and Judy and Paul Kupferstein. Dear brother and brother-in-law to Charlotte and Allen Bloomberg. He will be sadly missed by Howard and Laura, Steven and Lihor, Daniel, Rebecca and Naomi and his nieces and nephews. Proud great-grandfather of Zoe and Eden. Pre-deceased by his sisters Lillian and Alberta and his grand-daughter Debbie. Graveside funeral at Pardes Shalom Cemetery, Community Section 5 at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3. Shiva Private.
