RUTHERFORD, Melinda "Millie" Catherine Peacefully at the Winchester Hospital on Thursday, October 4, 2007, Melinda "Millie" Rutherford (nee Billings) of Morrisburg in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Homer Rutherford. Dear mother of the late Edward Billings. Cherished mother-in-law of Florence Billings. Millie is survived by grandchildren Caroline (Art) Sanger, Bobby Billings and the late Joe Billings, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, her sister Della Craig, brothers Fred and Don Billings. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, especially Edna Deschamps. Predeceased by her parents William Billings and Robina Bilow, sisters Mary Skuce, Rachel Dillabough, Lillian Sargent and baby Georgina, brothers Clifford and Jim Billings. Friends will be received at the Parker Funeral Home, 28 Sir James Morris Drive, Morrisburg on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the Morrisburg Pentecostal Tabernacle on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Lorna Casselman officiating. Interment New Union Cemetery, Williamsburg. Memorial donations to the Winchester Hospital gratefully acknowledged.
