PATRICK, Eileen Mary "Scotty" (nee Oberbach) Very peacefully, with her husband by her side, after a serious stroke at the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre Palliative Care Unit, October 13th, 2007 at the age of 85. Born in Pembroke, Ontario February 18th, 1922, Eileen was the daughter of Oscar Oberbach and Rosalee Fournier. She was predeceased by her sister Alice Barrecca. Eileen worked for Bell Canada as a camp exchange telephone operator in Pembroke in 1944-45, and was also a retired civil servant. She was a member of St. Columbkille Cathedral in Pembroke, an associated member of the Strathcona, Branch 595 Royal Canadian Legion, a past President of the Canadian Martyrs Catholic Women's League, member of Canadian Martyrs Parish, as well as a member of Resurrection of Our Lord Parish. She leaves behind her dear husband and best friend William James Edward "Ted" Patrick, who loved her dearly. She was a wonderful mother to her three beautiful children, Sherwood Patrick, Trudi Patrick and Kevin Patrick. Special grandmother to William Scott Patrick. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home 1255 Walkley Road (east of Bank) Sunday after 12 p.m. Funeral Service will be held Sunday in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment St. Columba's Cemetery in Pembroke, Ontario on Monday, where friends may assemble for Service of Committal at 12 noon.
