The Lord took to Himself Gerrit “Gerry” Jan Bosscher of Burlington, age 63 years. Beloved husband of Ann (nee Pouwels) Bosscher. Dear father of John Bosscher and his wife Wilma of Burlington, Annette Livingston and her husband Scott, and Glennie Henderson and her husband Dan, all of Hamilton; and Anita Vandasselaar and her husband Mike of Burlington. Loved Opa of fourteen grandchildren. Brother of Dina Malda and her husband John, and E. John Bosscher and his wife Ali, all of Burlington; Roelie Stad and her husband Thys of Assen, The Netherlands, Fred Bosscher and his wife Bea, and Ralph Bosscher and his wife Hennie, all of Burlington, Fennie Hofstede and her husband Albert of Hardenberg, The Netherlands, Jannie Diek and her husband Jan of Vroomshoop, The Netherlands and Henk Bosscher and his wife Riet of Nyverdal, The Netherlands. Brother-in-law of Arend Pouwels and his wife Hennie of Bergentheim, The Netherlands, Egbert Pouwels and his wife Jannie of Pretoria, South Africa, Hendrik Pouwels and his wife Koba of Amersfoort, The Netherlands, Willem Pouwels and his wife Annie of Bergentheim, The Netherlands, and Vrougje Spier and her husband Henk of Assen, The Netherlands. Gerry will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Gerry was the Founder and Owner of Gerry Bosscher Construction Ltd., Burlington.
