Janet "Robinet" Sandre January 01, 1943 - October 01, 2000 Funeral arrangements by Marcotte Funeral Home & Chapel (Tecumseh) 57 years, on October 1, 2000, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Late of Windsor. Beloved wife of Lido. Loving mother of John, of Sylvan Lake, Mich.; Bill and wife Criss Ann, of Windsor; and Lisa, at home. Dear daughter of John Robinet and wife Margaret Fontaine. Predeceased by her mother Theresa (nee Ballay) (1986). Dear "Tita" of Mickaila and Sydney Sandre. Dear sister-in-law of Lydia and Jack Goulette, Mary Sandre, Richard and Barb Sandre. Dearest cousin of Tony and Mary Ballay, Paul and Mary-Ellen Ballay. Also survived by many aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as her loving pets Dudley, Tiffany and Bogart. Janet was a member of the First Mate's the Windsor Yacht Club and was retired from the University of Windsor Bookstore. Visiting Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Wed., October 4th, at 9:30 a.m., from The Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Rd., Tecumseh (735-2830) to St. Anne Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, a donation to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre Oncology Fund, Palliative Care, or to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Janet Sandre in the Janisse, Marcotte, Melady Memorial Forest. A dedication service will be held on Sunday september 30, 2001. All are welcome.
