Robert B. Firlotte June 12, 1926 - October 09, 2000 Funeral arrangements by L. G. Wallace Funeral Home Passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 9, 2000 after a courageous battle with emphysema in his 74th year. Beloved and cherished husband of Helen (nee Marrison) for 55 years. Loving and caring father of Beverley and Kees Van Leeuwen, Pamela and George Tsilibanis, Cindy and Stan Bade, Christopher and Carol. Much loved and admired grandfather of 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Survived by brothers Ken, Guy, Harold and his wife Mary, and sister Fay and her husband Don. Predeceased by son Michael (1994), brother Wallace and sister Clara. Dear brother-in-law of Connie Manone, father-in-law of Bonnie and Erla. Bob will be sadly missed by family and friends. Bob retired from Stelco Inc. (12-10 Mill) after 36 years of service. Friends will be received at the L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (544-1147) on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
