Dorothy Caroline Brasier (née Steer) July 03, 1903 - October 10, 2000 Funeral arrangements by Cattel Eaton & Chambers Funeral Home Peacefully, at the Dundas Retirement Place, on Tuesday, October 10, 2000, in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Charles of Dundas. Daughter of the late Lt. Col. E. Arthur and Carrie (Bragg). Predeceased by her brother Frederick Arthur Steer of Toronto. Loving mother of Carol Snell and her husband Len of Waterdown, the late Sylvia M. Rennie of Ancaster and Joan Wallace and her husband Bruce of Ancaster. Loving Gran of Jeff, Brad, Pam, Ian, Peter and Alex Wallace; Cynthia, Elisabeth and Bryn Rennie; Heather, Dave, Kathy and Robin Snell and 21 great-grandchildren. Dorothy was a longtime member of St. James' Anglican Church, Dundas and was active with several Women's Groups. Friends will be received by the family Friday afternoon and evening from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Cattel, Eaton & Chambers Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas. The Funeral Service will take place Saturday morning, October 14, at St. James' Anglican Church, 137 Melville Street, Dundas, at 11 o'clock. Cremation to follow with interment at a later date. Memorial donations to the Memorial Fund at St. James' Church, the Hamilton and District Ostomy Association or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
