E. Pearl Murdoch (née Wood) March 03, 1910 - October 17, 2000 Funeral arrangements by Cattel Eaton & Chambers Funeral Home Peacefully at Macassa Lodge on Tuesday, October 17, 2000 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late William. Dear aunt of William Wood and his wife Georgia of Hamilton, great aunt of William Harold Wood and his wife Antonella, Heather Anne Wood and her friend Eian Gill of St. Williams, and great–great aunt of Jenna and Adam. Loving sister of Olive Wood of Toronto, and the late Harold, formerly of London. Pearl was a member of the Eastern Star Dundas Chapter # 204, a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Music and past soloist and organist of Exeter United Church. Pearls love of music remains her legacy through the many students she taught and shared her gift with. Friends will be received by the family on Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Cattel, Eaton and Chambers Funeral Home, 53 Main St., Dundas, where a Service for Pearl will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Exeter Public Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy to the Arthritis Society, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
