Carol Anne McCulligh April 09, 1942 - January 04, 2001 Funeral arrangements by Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel (London) After a courageous 15 year battle with cancer, Carol Anne McCulligh (nee Spencer) of London passed away on January 4, 2001 in her 59th year. Carol was the beloved wife of Bob McCulligh and the much loved mother of Kelly and son- in- law Scott, Kevin and daughter-in-law Joanne, and Rob. Loving daughter of the late May and Stewart Spencer. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law Donald and Maria Spencer of Calgary, and her sister Evelyn Spencer of Calgary. Joining her late brother Rick Spencer. Carol will also be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Gillian, Magan, Shane and Joshua. Carol’s kindness, warmth and courage will be sadly missed by all friends and family who knew her. The family will receive their friends at FOREST LAWN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1997 Dundas Street East, (at Wavell Street) London, Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday at 1:00 o’clock. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family would like to express their gratitude to the wonderful care provided to Carol over the years from the staff at the London Regional Cancer Centre and the London Health Sciences Centre Adult Oncology Unit.
