Edward (Ed) Carpen March 30, 1928 - January 07, 2001 Funeral arrangements by McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home Suddenly without illness on January 7, 2001 at home Edward (Ed) passed away in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of E. Marie. Dear brother of Iris, Marie, Robert and his wife Eleanor all of Toronto. Gladys and her husband Ronald of Trinidad. David and his wife Diane of England, and sister-in-law Katie, predeceased by Joseph. Dear uncle of Marliyn and her husband John, Allan and his wife Anne, Nell, Gia, Robin, Anna and her husband Collin, Marlene, and Lynette. Great uncle of Alyssa, Brendan, Decian, Scott, Nafisha. Ed retired from Fanshawe College- Radiology Department in 1988 and volunteered at Parkwood Hospital Library. At the family’s request there will be no service. Cremation has taken place.
