JOHNSTONE, THOMAS We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Thomas " Tom" R. Johnstone (60) of Waterville-Sunbury County, on October 12, while in Centreville NS. Tom enjoyed several successful careers (Soldier, mechanic, business owner/operator) and recently achieved his goal of becoming a B-Train Truck Driver. During his life, Tom was a loving husband, father and grandfather as well as a loyal and caring friend. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Tom is survived by Beryl (Estabrooks); daughter Lori (Jean Pierre Cantin), son Tom (Christine); grandchildren: Jennifer, Mackenzie, Takoda and Kendra Johnstone, Melina and Zachary Johnstone- Cantin; best friend Deb Armstrong; Sister-in-law Linda (Gary Schamahorn); brother-in-law Joe Estabrooks (Ann) and Austin Estabrooks (Shirley); brother Alex (Bev), sisters Nancy (Leigh Stefanson), Sandy (Doug Meacham), Donna (Larry Maclean) and Tracy (Brent Work) and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Tom was predeceased by his parents Don and Nancy, parent-in-law Jack and Billie, his twin infant brother and infant niece. Cremation and a private service have taken place. A celebration of Tom's life will be held on Wednesday, October 17 at 6:30 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 93 - Restigouche Road, Oromocto. October 16, 2007
