KOSKI, Lauri Oliver - In Loving Memory Mr. Lauri Oliver Koski 1929-2007 - The family announces with sorrow the death of Lauri Oliver Koski at the Sudbury Regional Hospital in Sudbury, on Tuesday, October 16th, 2007 at the age of 78 years. Lauri was the beloved husband of the late Kathleen Taylor and dearest father of Brian (Patti) of Matheson and Wayne (Janet) Koski of Matheson. He was the loving grandfather of Kris, Curtis, Ashley and Terri-Leah Koski, Kori Brazeau and Kiera Kenney and Samantha Koski. Lauri also had 6 great grandchildren. He is survived by his brother- in law and sister-in-laws Jack and Jackie Cameron of Iroquois Falls and his other sister-in-law Rose Koski of Pasedena, Calif. Lauri was predeceased by his wife Kathleen and daughter Karen as well as his brothers Matt, Ano and Kelly and his sisters Kay, Martha and Aila. As a Memorial to Lauri, a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows, memories live. Family will receive friends at SALON FUNÉRAIRE IRVINE & IRVINE FUNERAL HOME, 641 DeTroyes Avenue, Iroquois Falls, on Thursday, October 18th, 2007 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm as well as from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 19th, 2007 at 11:00 am at the Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Margaret Dempster officiating. Interment at the Monteith Cemetery. Donations may be made to the House of Kin or the Canadian Cancer Society and would be appreciated by the family.
