MOORE, Helen Marion (nee Long) - Passed away peacefully, after a short battle with lung cancer surrounded by family and friends, at her home Saturday, November 3, 2007 at 4:30 pm in her 86th year. Beloved wife of Fred George Moore for 48 years (currently residing at Extendicare). Loving mother of Shirley Letiticia Hicks (nee Jones) and Frederick William Jones and his wife Pauline. Dear Nana of David and Christopher Hicks, Kevin Lashley, Paulette Jones, Christine Jones, Corey Wilkins, Meranda Fox and Shane Jones. Survived by her dear sisters Rena Robinson of Peterborough and Clara Pearl of Tonawanda, N.Y.. Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Thursday at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough, (705) 745-4683. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1:30 pm on Friday, November 9, 2007. Memorial donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by Helen's family. 10891414
