ROBERTS, Gordon Bernard - In loving memory of Gordon Roberts who passed away in Sudbury on Thursday October 11th, 2007, at the age of 75 years. Son of the late Isidore and of the late Blanche (nee Vezeau) Robert and stepson to Lorette Collier-Robert-Pharand predeceased. Predeceased by long time friend Claire Lebel of May 25th, 2006. Loving father of Liliane Delarosbil (Norman), Maurice Roberts (Denise), Pauline Rochefort (Norman), Paul Roberts (Francine) and Daniel Roberts. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 8 grandchildren and by 8 great-grandchildren. Beloved brother to Mary-Maye Lamothe (Gaëtan) of Sudbury, Geraldine Chasse (Bob) of Wasaga Beach, Gérard Robert (Angèle) of Sudbury. Dear brother to Robert Collier (Madeleine) of Hanmer, Mary Bell of Barrie and William Collier of Barrie. Predeceased by Ruby Rose Laframboise, Albert Robert, Leonard Robert and Jean-Paul Robert. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Gordon was a member of Club Amical du Nouveau Sudbury. He worked for Inco for 30 years and retired in 1991. Gordon always had a good sense of humour and always found a way to make you laugh with a joke or a funny story. At Gordon's request there will be no visitation. A memorial funeral service will be celebrated Tuesday October 23rd 2007, at 10:30 a.m. in St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury.
